Kirsta Solberg coached the Indiana Tech Women’s Volleyball team from 2007 to 2011, amassing a record of 160-49 and a .766-win percentage. Solberg led the Warriors to 4 straight WHAC Regular Season Championships and NAIA National Championship appearances from 2008 to 2011 as well as 3 straight WHAC Tournament Championships from 2009 to 2011. She coached players to NAIA All-American status 4 times and 3 more as honorable mentions. Over her time at Tech, Solberg also coached 15 WHAC First Team All-Conference Selections, 1 Second Team All-Conference Selection, 4 All-Conference Honorable Mention, 1 All-Freshman Team Selection, and 32 All-Academic Team Members. Under her guidance, Tech would have a 2-time WHAC Player of the Year, a WHAC Setter of the Year, a WHAC Libero of the Year, and a WHAC Freshman of the Year. Kirsta Solberg was named the WHAC Champions of Character Coach of the Year in her first season with Tech in 2007 and then won 4 straight WHAC Coach of the Year Awards from 2008 to 2011.
