FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech softball team has adjusted its opening weekend due to inclement weather, head coach Stephanie Zimny announced.
 
The Warriors will now be playing a doubleheader against Taylor University on Friday, February 22 at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana. The originally scheduled games against Cumberland for Friday and Saturday have been cancelled due to rain in the forecast in the Lebanon, Tennessee area. Tech will also be playing NCAA Division III foe Franklin College in a single seven-inning game with a 5 p.m. first pitch on Friday in Westfield.
  
Sunday's games at Midway University have also been altered, with the two teams now playing a tripleheader starting at 12 p.m. at Grand Park on Sunday.
