Box Score 2 SYLVANIA, Ohio - The Indiana Tech softball team traded wins with the Lourdes Gray Wolves (7-12, 2-4 WHAC) on Thursday evening at Gray Wolf Field. The Warriors dropped the first contest 1-4 but rebounded with a 10-7 win in the second game.

Kendall Hornung scored the only run of the game for the Orange and Black, that being a home run to left field in the third inning.
Alyssa Fox doubled and
Meghan Berlin singled twice, but the Warriors couldn't generate the offense to keep pace with Lourdes.
Hannah Middlebrooks pitched five innings,
Jaden Romero relieved her in the sixth inning.
Game 2 | Indiana Tech 10, Lourdes 7
Hornung once again got the scoring started for Tech, as she would score on a wild pitch in the first inning. She would then single home
Alyssa Fox in the second, followed by
Reilly Johnson bringing home Berlin and Kenedi Sullivan. Later on in the fifth, Sullivan doubled home
Meagan Barton, Fox singed home Sullivan, and
Emma Kelley singled home
Bella Brock. In the sixth it was
Olyvia Notter singling home Barton on a hit to right field. In the seventh inning, it was Hornung bringing home Brock on a sacrifice fly and Barton singling home
Kali Pangallo.
Olyvia Notter pitched six innings, striking out four batters when she was relieved by
Ashley Alvey, with
Jaden Romero coming in later to close things out.
Tech (10-17, 5-3 WHAC) will be back in action this Sunday, as they'll host a double-header with the Cleary Cougars (11-23, 0-6 WHAC). First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 PM at Warrior Park.
