Box Score BYRON CENTER, Mich. -- Indiana Tech completed a season-sweep of Aquinas College with a 6-1 win at Southside Ice Arena Saturday night. Tech rebounded from an early Saint goal to score six unanswered goals on 62 total shots. Megan Yakiwchuk recorded a hat trick, including the game-winner, while Michelle Borland and Lauren Younker also registered multi-point nights with a goal and an assist apiece.

AC stunned the Warriors with its opening goal at 3:08 in the first, but the homestanding Saints could muster only eight additional shots over the remaining 56:52. 

Izzy Varner earned the win in goal for Tech, allowing the one Saint goal and making two saves. Mackenzie Addley pitched a shutout over the final two periods, turning away all six shots she faced. 

No. 5 Indiana Tech picked up its ACHA Division I leading 22nd win of the season, improving to 22-4 overall. The Warriors meet Adrian College for a two-game conference set next weekend. The two top-five teams tangle at AC's Arrington Ice Arena Friday, Feb. 3, before closing out league play Saturday, Feb. 4 on home ice.
