FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's women's bowling teams have released their schedule for the 2023-24 season.
Head Coach
Tom Osborne enters his ninth year leading the men's and women's bowling teams. Last season the men's team were crowned WHAC Champions for the third straight year and finished their season one match shy of the NAIA national championship final round. The women's program would also win the WHAC Championship trophy last season and finish one round shy of the NAIA National Championship final. The men's side saw four All-WHAC selections, including Michael Harmon Jr. who was also named NAIA All-American Honorable Mention.
Parker Laubach was named to the NAIA All-Tournament Team, while nine Warriors were named WHAC All-Academic Team members, and eight as NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The women's side had four All-WHAC selections, including
Lakyn Edwards who was also named to the NAIA All-Tournament Team, while four Warriors were named WHAC All-Academic Team members, and two as NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
The Warriors will start the 2023-24 season in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 7
th and 8
th when the compete at the Midwest Collegiate Championship. The following weekend, the Warriors will head to Indianapolis, Indiana for the Western Shootout, before the WHAC Jamborees on November 3
rd and 4
th. The Orange & Black will host the AHBA #3 event on December 2
nd, here in Fort Wayne, Indiana in their only home event of the season. Between December and February, Tech will make road trips to Michigan, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Indiana Tech for a total of six tournaments. The Warriors will wrap up their season with the WHAC Championships on February 17
th, in their last competition before nationals.
