FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's and women's track teams hosted the 2024-25 indoor WHAC Championships on Friday and Saturday at the
Doug Edgar Indoor Track Facility at Warrior Park. The men would run away with the title (242 points) defeating second place Madonna (136 points) by nearly a hundred points, making it a 13th straight indoor WHAC Championship for the Warriors. The Tech women had won the previous five indoor titles coming into the weekend, but saw their streak snapped this year as they would finish in third this season (137.5 points) behind first time WHAC champion Madonna (184 points) and runner up Cornerstone (138 points).
In total, 11 Warriors would claim WHAC titles in their events, with
Shawn Wilhite and
Mark Phillips leading the way as the freshman duo would both win WHAC Newcomer of the Year and WHAC Most Valuable Performer. Coach
Doug Edgar was named Men's Coach of the Year again after leading the Warriors to another conference title. All-Conference Award Winners are below:

The Warriors will now look on toward the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships from February 27th to March 1st at the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, Florida.
