OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. – The Indiana Tech golf team finished first and Xabier Herrero was the individual men's champion at the Lourdes Spring Invitational on Thursday.
 
Indiana Tech had a dominant day on the course, finishing with a team score of +11, clearing second place by five strokes.
 
Xabier Herrero was the individual champion, finishing +1 for the tournament. Herrero won the playoff round to take home first place.
 
Logan Keller finished +2 to tie for third. Miguel Gonzales Sanchez and Ruben Mate both finished tied for 16^th at +4.
 
This is the first team win of the season for Indiana Tech. The Warriors will compete in the Lawrence Tech Spring Shootout next week.
