FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Wyatt Johnson has been named the new Indiana Tech Head Men's and Women's Golf coach, Director of Athletics Jessie Biggs declared Tuesday.
"We are excited to welcome Coach Johnson to our Athletic Department," Biggs said. "He brings a wealth of golf knowledge as well as a familiarity of the Fort Wayne area. We look forward to seeing the growth of our golf program under his guidance."
"I am beyond excited to guide the Indiana Tech golf teams," Johnson said. "It is no secret that Indiana Tech is known for their elite level athletes. The players and I are ready to help the golf teams live up to what our fans and students expect out of Tech athletics. We are dedicated to building up one of the top programs in the country on and off the course. I am grateful to be surrounded and mentored by all of the top coaches we have."
Johnson comes to Indiana Tech from the University of Saint Francis, where he served as the assistant golf coach from 2024-26.
Johnson is a graduate of Saint Francis, where he was a four-year member and captain of the men's golf team. He is also an Indiana PGA Member and TPI Certified Instructor.
Outside of coaching, Johnson is a golf instructor in the Fort Wayne area and has trained under Golf Digest Top 50 Instructor Kyle Morris. He works with players ranging from competitive amateurs to professionals competing on the Korn Ferry Tour and mini tours.
