FORT WAYNE, Ind. – JW Maierle has been elevated to the Associate Head Coach of the men's and women's track and field programs, head coach Doug Edgar announced.
 
"Coach JW has been instrumental in our recent success in track and field," Edgar said. "He leads by example and his dedication to our student-athletes is second to none. I'm happy to see his position elevated within our program and look forward to continued success working alongside him."
 
"Indiana Tech track and field is a special program, and I am grateful to be apart of the championship culture that has been here since 2013," JW Maierle said. "The standard remains the same. Develop great athletes, graduate student-athletes, and WIN. I look forward to that in the years to come. Maierle joined Indiana Tech in the 2022-23 season. He has coached numerous All-Americans and has been apart of three NAIA National Championships.
