FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The first rankings of the 2025-26 season have been released, and the Warriors fall sports teams are off to a hot start.
The Indiana Tech men's soccer team moved up seven spots to No. 12 in the first NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll of the season. The Warriors would receive 298 points this week, sitting ten points behind No. 11 Spring Arbor (Mich.) and 29 points ahead of No. 13 Baker (Kan.). Dalton State (Ga.) remains at No. 1 in the poll with 510 points, followed by Cumberlands (Ky.) with 474 points and MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) with 464 points. The Warriors will play No. 20 Mobile (Ala.) and No. 8 William Carey (Miss.) on a two-game road trip to Mississippi on Friday, September 5
th and Sunday, September 7
th.
The Indiana Tech women's volleyball team is still receiving votes in the first NAIA Women's Volleyball Coaches' Top 25 Poll of the new year. The Warriors would receive eight points this week, sitting alongside Columbia International (S.C.) and Valley City State (N.D.). Eastern Oregon takes over as the new No. 1 in the poll with 507 points, followed by Concordia (Neb.) with 484 points and Bellevue (Neb.) with 475 points. Up next, the Warriors will host their annual Liz Lykowski Memorial Tournament on Friday, September 5
th and Saturday, September 6
th.
The Indiana Tech men's and women's cross country teams are both still receiving votes from the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Preseason Polls. In the women's ratings, the Warriors received eight points, sitting alongside Saint Mary (Neb.) and Dakota State (S.D.). Taylor (Ind.) is No. 1 in the poll with 507 points. In the men's ratings, Tech received six points, sitting alongside SCAD Atlanta (Ga.) and Montana Tech. The Master's (Calif.) is No. 1 in the poll with 496 points. The Warriors are set to open their season on Friday, September 5
th. The women will be in Romeoville, Illinois for the Flyer Early Bird Invite and the men will be in Marion, Indiana for the IWU Wildcat Classic.
