FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech Rocket League and Overwatch Esports teams have been named as the preseason favorites in the WHAC for the 2026 season as chosen by the league's head coaches.
 
In Rocket League, Indiana Tech was chosen as the favorite out of seven teams in the WHAC. They received 48 points, finishing just ahead of Lawrence Tech, who received 42 points. Indiana Tech is the defending champions last season, finishing a perfect 10-0 in WHAC play.
 
In Overwatch, Indiana Tech was also chosen as the favorite out of seven teams in the WHAC. They received 45 points, just ahead of Baker College, who received 40 points. Indiana Tech is also the defending champion in Overwatch from a season ago.
