Box Score MIDLAND, Mich. - The Indiana Tech American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Division 3 Ice Hockey team faced its toughest challenge to date against Hope College Thursday at the Seth Schupan Memorial Tournament at the Midland Civic Arena. The ACHA D3 national runner-up Flying Dutchmen showed why they are a three-time runner-up in the last five years with a 9-0 win.

The Orange and Black were outshot 29-20, with Tech goaltender Russell Smascz registering 20 saves on the night.

The Warriors will play their second of three contests in the tournament Friday, Oct. 17 against Michigan-Flint at 7:30 p.m.
