FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech ACHA Division 3 men's ice hockey team found itself on the wrong end of a second period scoring outburst as they fell to Adrian College – Gold, 8-3, on Friday night at the SportONE/Parkview Icehouse.
The Warriors struggled through the first 15 minutes of play, but rebounded with two goals in the last 1:18 of the opening period to take a 2-1 lead into the intermission.
Zakary Skog and
Eric Stewart would record the goals.
The Bulldogs would find their rhythm in the second period however, scoring five goals in the period and six straight as they add two more in the third period.
Nick Janiszewski would add the other Tech goal at 14:27 in the third.

Nick Hartmann and
Jacob Fallis all tallied assists.
Russell Smascz made 45 saves in goal for the Warriors as he took the loss.
Tech (7-7-0-0-0) returns to the ice on Dec. 11 when they head to Holland, Michigan to take on Hope College. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. from the Edge Ice Arena.
