GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The ACHA North Region No. 15-ranked Indiana Tech D3 men's ice hockey team fell to No. 1-ranked Calvin, 3-1, on Friday evening at the Eagles Ice Center in Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference (MCHC) action.
 
The Knights would get on the scoreboard first with two goals in the first period, the first coming just over five minutes into the game while the hosts notched their second with just 18 seconds left in the period.
 
Jordan Reese would cut the deficit to one at 7:23 in the second, but Calvin would add another goal in the third to retake a two-goal deficit before adding an empty-netter in the final minute of the game.
 
Ryan Krolikowski would get credited for the assist on Reese's goal.
 
Tech (7-10-0, 4-10-0 MCHC) concludes their fall slate on Saturday against Calvin with puck drop set for 6 p.m. from Eagles Ice Center.
