Indiana Tech's ACHA hockey team was swept this past weekend by Hope College. Tech came into the weekend on a two-game losing streak, that has now reached four games.

In Friday's game, Tech would battle hard early on. Hope would score two in the first period, but Jordan Reese would score for Tech just 1:30 into the second period to cut Hope's lead to one. Hope would add two more in the second and go into the third period with a 4 to 1 lead. Freshman Derrick Treppa would add a goal for Indiana Tech early in the third period to make the game 4 to 2 in favor of Hope. The wheels would fall off for Tech as Hope would score three goals in the final five minutes of the game. Tech would fall 7 to 2.

Saturday was not much better for the Warriors. The Warriors would be down 2 to 0 going into the third period. Hope would score 3 in the final frame of the weekend and beat Tech 5 to 0. The ACHA team will look to get back in the win column this weekend against Loyola University - Chicago. The Warriors will be home Friday at SportONE/Parkview Ice House and Saturday's game will be at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne.
